Quick tips & other actions

A few handy things you can do in the parent app: delete screenshots, invite another parent to help manage, quick-check whether any website or app is currently blocked or allowed, and regenerate the link code when you reinstall the Agent.

Screenshots

Delete all screenshots

  1. 1Open the screenshot settings: on a PC device go to Home → SCREENSHOTS; on a child device go to Home (‡iều khiển) → Screenshots.
  2. 2Scroll down and tap the red “Delete all screenshots” button.
  3. 3Enter your parent password to confirm → Agree. Done — you'll see “All photos deleted.”

Want to remove just one day instead? Open the Screenshots (Ảnh chụp) tab, pick the day, scroll down and tap “Delete all photos for this day”. Both actions ask for your parent password.
Co-management

Invite another parent to co-manage

  1. 1On a PC device, go to Home → the “Parents managing this” section.
  2. 2Tap “Assign to another parent” → enter their KidSafe account (email / phone / username).
  3. 3Tap Send invite. They get a notification in the KidSafe app and have 7 days to accept (from Account → My invitations).

The person you invite must already have a KidSafe account. A device can have up to 5 extra parents. You (the owner) can revoke access or cancel a pending invite from the same section.
Web filter

Quick-check if any website is blocked or allowed

  1. 1Open the Web filter (Lọc web) tab → tap “Quick check” (✨).
  2. 2Type a domain in “Check any website” (e.g. twitch.tv) — or pick a preset service.
  3. 3See the verdict: Blocked (red) or Allowed (green). Tap “Adjust block setting” to change it right there.

The “By settings” tab answers instantly. The “On the device” tab tests it live on the PC — the computer must be online.
Game filter

Quick-check if any app or game is blocked or allowed

  1. 1On a PC device, open the Game filter (Lọc game) tab → tap “Quick check”.
  2. 2Type an app / game name in “Check any app” (e.g. Roblox).
  3. 3See Blocked / Allowed; tap “Adjust block setting” to change it.
